When will you ship my package and where is MY TRACKING INFORMATION!?:
Once your order is placed successfully you will see a "THANK YOU" message on your screen which shows your order # You will also receive an email immediately with the same information.  Your order will be printed, sent to be packed and be prepared to ship here at our location.  We usually ship packages within 24 hours of recieving them (during busing hours) Our shipping system sends out auto-generated emails to our customers that lets them know that their package has been shipped and by which carrier, it also gives the customer the tracking # so they can track their package.  

Each and every one of our customers questions and concerns are important, however due to a very high call volume, we ask you PLEASE check your SPAM/JUNK email folders before you calling for tracking information.  99.9% of our customers have reported their emails with their tracking information are going to either their junk or spam email folders.  


 Can I exchange an item I just received:

The quickest way to exchange a new item is to simply re-order it as you did on your previous order.  This will place your order in the system, and your card/account will be charged. When the return is received from the original order, you will then receive a credit.

I am returning items from my order. Who pays return shipping cost? Will I be credited for the initial shipping charges?:
If you return an item(s) that is damaged, defective or any error on our part, at the customers request initial shipping costs may be credited soley at our discretion, once a product is received. If you return an item for any other reason, including ordering the wrong size, color or such, you will be fully responsible for all shipping costs including returns and exchange  items in subsequent orders.
**NOTE** AS OF JANUARY1, 2019* If you are sent a pre-paid return label or mailer to return product and do not do so within the requested time, we reserve the right to chargeback your original form of payment for the full cost of the product not returned, plus the cost of the postage.  
 How do I add the "FREE" item advertised with purchase to my order?:
Any promotions or "FREE" with purchase offers you see advertised on our Store Front page will be added to your order when your order is packed for shipment.  There is no need to contact us, if you order meets the requirements for a "FREE" with purchase promotion it will be included with your order.
