All *Clearance/Super Sale merchandise are FINAL SALE (No returns, exchanges or refunds).*Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase or receipt of your order. *We expect all merchandise to be returned to us as received; original packaging, tags etc. *We will NOT accept any merchandise that has been worn or shows signs of being used; including clothing, hats or merchandise that has been customized, tailored, embellished or otherwise altered. *We will not accept any damaged items for return, please take care when packaging your return to us to ensure it gets to us in good condition. All returns should have either a delivery confirmation or tracking # for proof of delivery to our facility. Beginning 8/1/2010, ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST HAVE A VALID R.A.#- We will issue this via email upon receiving your email for an R.A.# request. As of 10/1/2011 We will no longer accept any returned merchandise without an Authorized R.A.# on the exterior of the package and these packages will be returned to sender.
Exchanges: The fastest way to go about an exchange is to go online to the website and place an order for the item you are looking to exchange/replace- this will assure you we have the item in stock at this time and it that it will ship out to you right away. Once you have placed your order, you should email email@example.com to obtain an R.A.#, be sure to include your original order # or the name and date your order was placed in your email, a brief explanation of what and why you are exchanging. To ship back your merchandise you are returning after placing your order for exchange; Write the R.A.# you're given on the outside of the package. Fill out completely the “RETURN FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FORM” (you have received in with your original package) include this inside your return.
Returns: First email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an R.A.#, be sure to include in the email your original order # and a brief explanation of what and why you are returning merchandise. Once we've emailed you a R.A.#, fill out completely the “RETURN FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FORM” (you have received in with your original package) include this inside your return. Upon receipt/inspection of your return we will then email you regarding the status of your credit issued. Your credit will be sent via USPS by bank check within 14 business days. *If you return merchandise back to us without placing a re-order online your credit will reflect a 5% deduction (processing/restocking fee).
