Returns / Exchange Policy
All *Clearance and Super Sale Marked merchandise is FINAL SALE (NO returns, NO refunds, NO exchanges).
Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase or receipt of your order. We expect all merchandise to be returned to us as it was received; original packaging, tags attached etc. We will NOT accept any merchandise that has been worn or shows signs of being used; including clothing, hats, shoes or merchandise that has been customized, tailored, embellished or otherwise altered.
If an order is returned that qualified for Free, reduced fee or $1.00 shipping specials the customer will need to pay for the actual shipping cost incurred by us which will be deducted from the refund. An order that is placed via the web and then is later cancelled will be subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
Due to the intimate nature of athletic supporters and cups, compression tights and shorts, we unfortunately CANNOT offer returns or exchanges on these items.
We will not accept any of the following for return-unless unopened and unused with tags attached; socks and whistles. (*Whistles may be exchanged only if due to manufacturer defect).
Return Exceptions: We cannot accept partial returns on items purchased as part of a package, such as starter packages or discount packages. You may exchange for sizing, however credit cannot be issued on partial returns on package purchases as our packages are discounted.
We will not accept any damaged items for return, please take care when packaging your return to us to ensure it gets to us in good condition.
Returns: First email email@example.com to obtain an R.A.#, be sure to include in the email subject line your original order # and a brief explanation of what and why you are returning the merchandise. Please allow up to 2 business days for an RA# as they are not computer generated. BE SURE TO WRITE YOUR RA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO OUR FACILITY WITHOUT ONE. Upon receipt/inspection of your return, you will recieve an email regarding the status of your credit which will be issued within 14 business days.
*If you return merchandise back to us without placing a re-order your credit will reflect a 10% deduction (processing/restocking fee).
Exchanges: The fastest way to go about an exchange is to go online to the website and place an order for the item you are looking to exchange/replace- this will ensure you we have the item in stock at this time and it that it will ship out to you right away. Once you have placed your order, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an R.A.#, be sure to include your original order # or the name and date your order was placed in your email, a brief explanation of what and why you are exchanging, also include your reorder # if you have it at that time. You can ship back the merchandise you are returning before or after placing your order for exchange; Please allow up to 2 business days for an RA# as they are not compter generated. BE SURE TO WRITE YOUR RA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO OUR FACILITY WITHOUT ONE. Upon receipt/inspection of your return, you will recieve an email regarding the status of your credit which will be issued within 14 business days. If you did not re-order and have just returned your item for exchange you will need to wait for us to recieve your item back to our facility for inspection and be sure to fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE paperwork clearly stating your exchange.
All returns should have either a delivery confirmation or tracking # for proof of delivery to our facility. Beginning 8/1/2010, ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST HAVE A VALID R.A.#- We will issue this via email upon receiving your email for an R.A.# request. As of 10/1/2011 We will no longer accept any returned merchandise without an Authorized R.A.# on the exterior of the package and these packages will be returned to sender.
Who pays return shipping cost? Will I be credited for initial shipping costs:
If you return an item(s) that is damaged, defective or any error on our part, your initial shipping costs may be credited at our discretion. If you return an item for any other reasons, including ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for all shipping costs including returns, original order and subsequent orders.
