Orders will ship within 2 business days of receipt (during normal business hours). Most always, orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail. United States Postal Service states shipping and handling time to be 2-3 business days (Including Saturdays) from our location to anywhere in the Continental US. If you would like to inquire about expidited shipping for your order, please call 732-708-1661 or email us at sales@smitteez.com for the available shipping methods available and additional costs. Shipping cost are calculated at checkout for shipments within the Continental United States.

Returns / Exchange Policy
Take note:
*Clearance/Sale merchandise is final sale. (Unless otherwise noted)
*Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase or receipt of your order.
*We expect all merchandise to be returned to us as received; original packaging, tags etc.
*We cannot accept any merchandise that has been worn or shows signs of being used; i.e. clothing or hats that have been tailored, embellished or otherwise altered. *We will not accept any damaged items for return, please take care when packaging your return to us to ensure it gets to us in good condition.
Beginning 8/1/2010, ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST HAVE A VALID R.A.#- We will issue this via email upon receiving your email for an R.A.# request. (We will no longer accept any returned merchandise without an Authorized R.A.#)
Exchanges:
The fastest way to go about an exchange is to go online to the website and place an order for the item you are looking to exchange/replace- this will assure you we have the item in stock at this time and it that it will ship out to you right away.
Once you have placed your order, you should email sales@smitteez.com to obtain an R.A.#, be sure to include your original order # or the name and date your order was placed in your email, a brief explanation of what and why you are exchanging, BE SURE TO INCLUDE your order # for your re-order placed so that you receive full credit on your return.
To ship back your merchandise you are returning after placing your order for exchange; Write the R.A.# you're given on the outside of the package as well as on a copy of your original invoice or packing slip or a note w/ original order# and be sure to include this inside your package. You will receive an email with information on your credit status after we've received/inspected your return.
Returns:
First email sales@smitteez.com to obtain an R.A.#, be sure to include in the email your original order # in your and a brief explanation of what and why you are returning merchandise.
Once we've emailed you a R.A.#, ship your return to us, include the R.A.# written on the outside of the package as well as on either the original invoice, packing slip or note w/ original order # and include this with your merchandise you are returning. Upon receipt/inspection of that merchandise we will then email you regarding the status & amount of your credit issued.
*If you return merchandise back to us without placing a re-order online your credit will reflect a 3.5% deduction (processing fee).
*If you've returned merchandise to us for exchange without placing your re-order online please make note you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping charges* to re-ship your item(s) we will contact you and let you know the amount due *(your exchange will not ship until we receive payment for the additional shipping costs)

Backorders
We always try to keep a full line of inventory, but there may be times when an item you have ordered is on back order or out of stock at our location. We will notify you if this is the case. In some events we may have our vendors drop ship an item directly to you, otherwise we will ship backorders as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders
You may have seen or ordered an item on our website which states a future delivery date. If you have ordered other items along with this purchase and wish to receive them before the item you have pre-ordered, please be sure to email us at sales@smitteez.com with your order number so that we are aware that you would like your items to ship at this time, seperate from the pre-ordered item. If we do not receive any correspondence from you, we will hold your order in its entirety until all items are in stock to ship.

How do I receive a new item? Can I just exchange it:
The quickest way to receive a new item is to simply re-order it as you did on your previous order. This will place your order in the system, and your card/account will be charged. When the return is received from the original order, you will then receive a credit.
Who pays return shipping cost? Will I be credited for initial shipping costs:
If you return an item(s) that is damaged, defective or any error on our part, your initial shipping costs may be credited at our discretion. If you return an item for any other reasons, including ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for all shipping costs including returns, original order and subsequent orders.
How do I add the "FREE" item advertised with purchase to my order?:
Any promotions or "FREE" with purchase offers you see advertised on our Store Front page will be added to your order when your order is packed for shipment. There is no need to contact us, if you order meets the requirements for a "FREE" with purchase promotion it will be included with your order.
